Killed by Br8k Spider

I've been wanting to do some Homestuck fanart for ages and finally caved today. Homestuck can be read on mspaintadventures.com and is one of my favourite webcomics (well, it's kind of more than just a comic really, containing animation, music and even interactive flash game elements).

Listening to 'Killed by Br8k Spider!' from the Alterniabound album, I just see in my head Vriska weaving and flipping and fighting her way through this barrage of tentacles, and the dice getting knocked all about in the air before finally, incredibly, landing one by one on octuple eights.

This was an opportunity to try a new style too, I really wanted to try doing the aliased block colours seen in the comic. I drew the sketch on paper, then used that as a guide and painted in the colours with the pencil tool in Photoshop. Lots of fun hehehe.
