I tend to go through phases of being intensely dissatisfied with my work and I'm sort of in one at the moment. I thought about what it is I really want to be able to do and it was like... I want to be able to give my characters a tangible sense of mass and depth like Hiromu Arakawa does! So I'm working hard!

When I'm working at improving, I often draw fanart, because I'm terrible at coming up with concepts for single illustrations myself and I'd end up wasting loads of time or just always drawing girls with swords hahah! So here's Feferi from Homestuck because I saw some beautiful photos of a Feferi cosplay on Tumblr this morning.
